A founding partner in Adams & Wilson Development, Scott is a College of Charleston graduate and has worked in real estate for more than 30 years. His focus is on retail and restaurant tenant representation, having counseled a long list of respected clients such as Olive Garden, LongHorn, Red Lobster, Seasons 52, Bahama Breeze, Smokey Bones, Whole Foods, Dress Barn, Starbucks, Qdoba, Taco Bell, Sterling Jewelers and many others. He has also helped develop sites for CVS Pharmacy.

At the start of his career, Scott enjoyed a long and successful tenure at Faison. Together with Bill Moseley, he founded AdamsMoseley Properties, which provided tenant representation, development and consulting services, primarily throughout the Carolinas. He continues to build on that success through Adams & Wilson Development. In addition, Scott serves as guest lecturer at the Clemson Masters in Real Estate Program (MRED) and is a former Board Chair of One80 Place. One80 Place is the largest provider of comprehensive services to the homeless in SC.

George has played an integral role in the success of Adams & Wilson Development since he helped found the company in 2006. He assists national, regional and local retail and restaurant clients with new concept rollouts, expansions, relocations and development. Throughout his career, George has represented both landlords and tenants, specializing in leasing, brokerage, development and investment sales.

George started his real estate career with The Beach Company and subsequently was a founding partner of Retail & Investment Property. Some of George's earlier recognitions include being named a Charleston Trident Association Commercial Realtor of Distinction and the Top Producer of the Year for The Beach Company. George is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a senior CCIM Instructor (CI-101 Financial Analysis and CI-102 Market Analysis), a past President of the South Carolina CCIM State Chapter and was awarded the prestigious CCIM Instructor of the Year for 2023. He received his bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University.

Edie’s real estate experience spans over 25 years. Her retail, office, warehouse and land commercial brokerage work has included both seller/landlord representation as well as buyer/tenant. While her focus is on retail, her relationships have included local and national developers of all sectors, federal (GSA), state and local government tenants (including hospital groups such as MUSC and Trident Medical), as well as industry professionals. 

Prior to Adams & Wilson Development, Edie was a partner at commercial brokerage firm Meyer Kapp & Associates in Charleston and an associate with Colliers Keenan. She has received the Power Broker Awards by CoStar for both Retail and Office Leasing, as well as the Commercial Circle Realtors of Distinction Award. She is a past President of the SC Commercial MLS Board of Directors and has served on the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) Board of Directors. She is a former Director for the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Charleston Trident Assn of Realtors, a founding member of Charleston’s CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), a member of ICSC and currently serves as an appointed member to the South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCAR) Building Task Force.

Lauren is a licensed real estate agent with experience in various aspects of the real estate industry including commercial, residential, property management and accounting. She is responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting and plays an integral role in the preparation of materials for site submittals including competitor and demographics research, mapping and aerials. Lauren is a graduate of the College of Charleston and lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband and two daughters.

A Charleston native, Linn is a licensed real estate agent with experience in various aspects of the real estate industry including commerical, residential, mortgage and escrow. She creates market packages for site submittals containing information on housing data, demographics and competitors, as well as mapping and aerials. Linn is customer-service oriented and handles multiple tasks with great attention to detail as she oversees all contract timelines and the due diligence process for our clients.
